Introduction:
These Terms of Use apply to all Users and govern your use of Afri Vega, establishing your agreement with us. In these Terms of Service:
Afri Vega refers to our website, accessible at www.afrivega.com. References to we, our, or us indicate Afri Vega LLC, the operator of Afri Vega. Content encompasses any material uploaded to Afri Vega by Users, including photos, videos, audio, live streams, data, text, metadata, images, interactive features, emojis, GIFs, memes, and other materials.
Celebrity denotes a User who sets up an Afri Vega celebrity account to share content. Fan refers to a User who follows a Creator/celebrity and views their content. Fan/Celebrity Transaction includes various transactions between Fans and Celebrities on Afri Vega, such as subscriptions, pay-per-view content, messaging fees and fan
interactions.
Fan Payment covers all payments made by a Fan to a Creator. Who we are and how to contact us: Afri Vega is operated by Afri Vega LLC, a registered company in New Castle, DE. Contact us at afrivegainfo@gmail.com.
1. Changes to the Terms of Service:
We may modify the Terms of Service without prior notice in specific circumstances, such as changes in laws or addressing cybersecurity risks. We will provide reasonable notice of other changes, and your continued use of Afri Vega after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Changes, Suspension, or Withdrawal of Afri Vega:
We reserve the right to update and modify Afri Vega periodically for various reasons, such as adapting to evolving services, meeting User requirements, refining operational practices, enhancing functionality, or addressing security concerns. While we aim to provide reasonable notice for significant alterations, we cannot ensure constant availability or uninterrupted access to Afri Vega or its Content. There may be instances where we suspend, withdraw, or limit access to all or parts of Afri Vega for business or operational considerations. Efforts will be made to notify you reasonably in advance if such suspensions or withdrawals impact your experience.
3. Registration with Afri Vega:
To use Afri Vega, register by providing a valid email address, username, and password.. Users must be at least 18 years old, comply with local laws, and provide required information. Failure to meet these requirements prohibits access to Afri Vega.
4. Rights and Account Termination:
We may moderate or review Content, suspend access, and terminate accounts for policy violations. Users are responsible for all account activities. Termination may occur with notice, and Fans payments may be suspended during account suspension. Upon termination, we may handle Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and Users lose access. We may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement in case of misuse or unlawful use.
5. Content Usage Restrictions:
Users and Fans acknowledge and agree to the following restrictions on the use of content on Afri Vega: Downloading, Screenshotting, Reproduction, and Reposting: Users and Fans are strictly prohibited from downloading, screenshotting, reproducing, or reposting any content from Afri Vega without explicit consent from the respective Creators. Explicit consent must be obtained directly from Creators before engaging in any such activities. Any unauthorized downloading, screenshotting, reproduction, or reposting of content without explicit consent may result in immediate account suspension or termination. The only exception to downloading is for personalized shout-outs requested by users from their favorite celebrities. Once a user makes a request for a personalized shout-out, and the celebrity responds with the video, the rights to this specific video become the digital property of the user. However, it is important to note that this ownership is specific to the individual video and does not grant the user broader rights over the celebrities general content or future productions. Users are expected to adhere to the terms of use and not engage in unauthorized distribution or reproduction of the content beyond its intended personal use.
b. Consent and Notification:
Creators have the sole authority to grant or deny consent for the downloading, screenshotting, reproduction, or reposting of their content. Users and Fans are responsible for seeking explicit consent from Creators before engaging in any activities that involve the use or distribution of their content. Creators may specify the terms and conditions under which they grant consent, and Users and Fans must adhere to these conditions.
c. Enforcement and Consequences:
Afri Vega reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance with these content usage Restrictions. Users and Fans found in violation of these restrictions may face disciplinary actions, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.
Afri Vega will cooperate with Creators in addressing any unauthorized use of their content and may take legal action if necessary.
All content uploaded by users will be subject to a thorough review before it is made publicly available on the platform. This pre-screening process ensures that the content complies with applicable laws and adheres to our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. We check for potential violations of community guidelines, such as inappropriate language, harmful imagery, or copyright infringement, among others. Content that violates these standards will not be published. We reserve the right to remove any content that, upon review, is found to be in violation of our terms.
6. One on one video calls
When submitting a request, ensure that you provide accurate information and refrain from using a false identity. Additionally, you must comply with our terms and refrain from using Afri Vega if you have been previously removed or banned. Celebrities hold the exclusive right to accept or decline your request for a One on one video call on Afri Vega. Celebrities have full discretion to terminate any video call on Afri Vega immediately, without refund, if they perceive any behavior, comments, or actions as inappropriate or unpleasant. We reserve the right to reject any request at our sole discretion.
a. Recording of One-on-One Video Calls:
During one on one video calls on Afri Vega, both the celebrity and the fan have the option to record their one-on-one video call, provided that both parties mutually agree to the recording. This recording feature is intended to enhance the experience and may be utilized for personal purposes or to promote the Afri Vega platform. By engaging in a one-on-one video call and mutually agreeing to record the session, both the Star and the fan acknowledge and consent to the use of such recordings for marketing and promotional activities of the Afri Vega platform. These recordings may be shared on the Afri Vega platform, affiliated promotional materials, or through other marketing channels. It is important to note that the decision to record the one-on-one video call rests solely with the consenting parties. Users are encouraged to communicate and establish mutual consent before initiating any recording during video calls.
7. Personalized video shout outs
Afri Vega allows fans to have the exclusive opportunity to request personalized videos (shout outs from celebrities. You can submit a request to a celebrity on Afri Vega tailored for either yourself or a third party designated as the recipient (Recipient). It is important to note that each Celebrity has the sole discretion to determine the manner in which they fulfill your request and the content of the Personalized video shout out. The final video may not precisely adhere to your request, as the celebrity has creative freedom. We, Afri Vega, reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion. Celebrities have a period of up to seven days, or longer at our discretion, to either fulfill or decline your request. Some Moment Makers may offer expedited options, such as a 24-hour fulfillment period. In the event that a request is not fulfilled within the specified timeframe, Afri Vega may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit for the entire booking. Refunds or credits associated with such bookings will be handled in accordance with Section 7 (Fees and Payment).
Personalized video shout outs provided under a licensing arrangement and are not sold. When you make a purchase, you are acquiring the right (or license) to use the Personalized Video, rather than obtaining ownership of the actual video itself. Upon your full payment, the Celebrity grants the user limited rights to use the video strictly for your personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes, subject to these Terms. This includes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide, sublicensable, and revocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the Shot out Video in any and all media, whether existing now or created in the future (such as on social media platforms). Please be aware that selling, reselling, commercializing, or encumbering your rights in any Personalized video shot out obtained from Afri Vega, including the creation of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in advance in writing by Afri Vega. You may only sublicense your rights in a Personalised Video to the extent necessary for your personal use, such as sharing it on social media or sending it to a Recipient for personal, non-commercial, and non-promotional purposes as outlined above.
Book Me
The "Book Me" option on our site is specifically for digital services. This includes promotional services like advertising a product, and other online interactions like virtual appearances/performances. It does not apply to physical or live in-person meetings or consultations.
Products - All tangible goods will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
Content Authorization:
We commit to exercising reasonable care and skill in delivering Afri Vega to you. However, certain matters fall outside the scope of our responsibility, including: We neither endorse nor approve Content on Afri Vega. The opinions expressed by Creators or Fans do not necessarily reflect our stance. No rights related to Content are conferred upon you by us. Creators alone may grant such rights. Your Content might be visible to those who recognize your identity. We assume no responsibility if you are identified through your Content.
c. Financial and Security Matters:
We do not guarantee specific earnings for Creators or Referring Users on Afri Vega, including our Referral Program. Compatibility with all devices and operating systems is not guaranteed, and users are responsible for configuring their technology for Afri Vega access.
d. Technical and Security Considerations:
We are not liable for internet availability, connection errors, device malfunctions, or software-related issues during your use of Afri Vega. Although efforts are made to ensure the security of Afri Vega, we cannot guarantee its freedom from bugs and viruses or control the Content supplied by Creators.
e. Account Security and Privacy:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised User accounts, passwords, email accounts, or any resulting unauthorized activities, payments, or fund withdrawals. Once your Content is posted on Afri Vega, we cannot control or be held responsible for its use by other Users or third parties, even after account deletion.
f. Intellectual Property Rights - Ownership and Licenses:
You confirm ownership of all intellectual property rights in your Content or obtain necessary rights for granting licenses to us and other Users. A license is granted to us under all your Content for acts reasonably related to Afri Vegas provision and operation. This includes reproduction, distribution, display, performance, translation, and creation of derivative works. The license is perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, assignable, and transferable. While we do not own your Content, we have the right to submit infringement notifications, on your behalf to third-party services dealing in infringing copies of your Content. You waive any moral rights concerning derogatory treatment of your Content on Afri Vega. This waiver allows Afri Vega, within the bounds of the platform's terms and conditions, to perform actions like adding watermarks, stickers, or text to the content without the creator being able to object on the grounds of derogatory treatment. It is important to note that this waiver does not affect the creators ownership of the intellectual property rights in their content or their ability to prevent unauthorized copying of the content.
Content Provider Agreement: By uploading or generating content on our platform, you agree to the following terms: You retain ownership of your content but grant us the right to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents and rights for any individuals depicted in the content. You agree not to upload or share content that violates our community guidelines or legal standards.You acknowledge that you may be required to provide proof of identity and consent for any content you upload. You agree to resolve any disputes in accordance with our dispute resolution process.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
By creating an account on our site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Do not use a false identity or provide false information, especially if you have been previously removed or banned from our site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not responsible for any damages or losses related to unauthorized access to your account.
Identity & amp; Age Requirements
In essence, be authentic—it is that simple. If you are an Afri Vega user, ensure you are at least 18 years old. Use genuine information during account creation—real names and photographs. Creating deep fake accounts violates our Terms of Service and is inappropriate. Avoid creating burner accounts. If you are under suspension or have been banned from Afri Vega, refrain from attempting to create a new account to circumvent our enforcement processes. Creating multiple accounts is discouraged unless there is a legitimate reason, such as managing both a business and personal account. Remember, your Afri Vega account is non-transferable and not for sale. This includes Talent Users using their talent account for a different character or persona. Questions about your talent account? Use of Afrivegas Site and Products
We ask that you use the Afri Vegas Site and products only as intended, refraining from any deceptive or misleading actions, including embarrassing creators or engaging in fee avoidance. All transactions initiated on Afri Vega must be completed on the site, and Creators should avoid artificially inflating their presence or interfering with other businesses. Please refrain from sending unauthorized advertising or unsolicited communication, as it disrupts the community. Lastly, spreading lies or misinformation on Afri Vega is strictly prohibited to uphold the platform's integrity.
No Illegality (including Fraud)
We prohibit any activity that is illegal or violates the standards. Our rules align with laws, so do not promote, encourage, or engage in illegal conduct on Afri Vega. Do not submit content that violates any law, including phishing, money laundering, theft, or fraud. We also prohibit the depiction, promotion, or trade of illegal drugs on the site. Afri Vega may, at its discretion, consider additional context and severity when reviewing potentially illegal conduct.No Hate or Disparaging Speech, We created Afri vega to provide entertainment, joy, and memorable experiences through connection. We are proud to celebrate the diversity of the celebrities and fans on the Afri vega platform. Please do not use hateful or disparaging speech on Afri vega. We do not permit language or content that attacks, demeans, dehumanizes, discriminates, or threatens violence on the basis of any legally protected characteristic, such as race, sex, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or veteran status. We also prohibit content that promotes organizations or people who promote or do those things. This includes the use of slurs and derogatory terms that are intended to disparage any of the protected characteristics listed above.
No Violence or Inciting Violence
Inciting, encouraging, promoting, or threatening violence, damage, or harm is strictly prohibited on Afri Vega. This includes the distribution, posting, sending, or solicitation of content that depicts graphic or gratuitous violence, including animal cruelty. Threatening harm to individuals, groups, animals, or property is not tolerated. We cherish our Afri Vega Fam, which includes you, so please refrain from depicting, promoting, or glorifying violence or self-harm in any form. Additionally, do not distribute, post, send, or solicit content on the Site that glorifies, advocates, or promotes terrorism or violence, regardless of the pursuit of political, religious, ethnic, or ideological objectives.
Sexualization and Abuse of Minors
Sexualizing minors is strictly prohibited. Do not distribute, post, send, or solicit sexually explicit content of minors or content that harms children. We will report any sexually explicit content involving minors to law enforcement.No Cruelty, Harassment, Bullying, or Doxxing Let us keep it civil and respectful. It is important not to distribute, post, send, or solicit content that explicitly or implicitly promotes illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, racist, derogatory, reputation-harming, or otherwise objectionable actions. Additionally, refrain from doxing anyone. Let us use our best internet etiquette. While many of our Creators are public figures, it is essential to remember they are human too. Avoid distributing, posting, sending, or soliciting content that wishes death, disability, or harm upon them or anyone else. Insulting someone based on personal attributes such as appearance, personality traits, or intellect is unacceptable and against our rules. Ridiculing or taunting victims of tragic or violent events is also not tolerated. If you find yourself blocked by someone, respect their decision and move on. Attempting to contact them elsewhere can be considered harassment, which we do not condone. Lastly, Please refrain from harassing Afri Vega employees. We have zero tolerance for such behavior.
Do Not Violate Intellectual Property or Other Rights
Simply put: Respect others' property. When you submit content to Afri Vega, you affirm that you own it or have the right to submit it (and that we can use it). By using Afri Vega, you agree not to violate, infringe upon, or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other legal rights of anyone else. Our copyright policy is outlined more extensively in our
Terms of Service.
Nobody appreciates a copycat. Please refrain from accessing Afri Vega to gather information for building a similar or competitive service. Additionally, do not attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any of the software or underlying computer code we use to provide our service. Avoid scraping or crawling any part of our Site, or engaging in spidering or harvesting.
Do Not Violate Privacy Rights
Respect privacy. We strictly prohibit content that breaches the confidentiality of personal data or personally identifiable information, such as contact or social security details, of others. Refer to our Privacy Policy for comprehensive details on how we handle personal information. Any content depicting or containing such information of users or third parties will be promptly removed upon notification. Once again, refrain from doxing anyone. Do not try to undermine the security and reliability of our Site. We prioritize the security and reliability of our Site. Please refrain from compromising our site's security or reliability in any way. This includes any attempts to hack, bypass our access restrictions, or use automated scripts to gather information from the Site or our users. Distributing files or content containing malicious software like viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or any other harmful materials is strictly prohibited. Additionally, do not try to circumvent any technological measures, whether implemented by us, our providers, or any other party, intended to protect Afri Vega, our users, or any other individual.
Do Not Violate Intellectual Property or Other Rights
Simply put: do not use what does not belong to you. When you submit content to Afri Vega, you confirm ownership or the right to submit it. Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other legal rights of others. Our copyright policy is detailed in our Terms of Service.

I, agree to be a user of Afri Vega, created by AFRIVEGA LLC under the following terms and
conditions:I attest that I am a participant in 18+ content and give absolute right and permission to create, upload, use, re-use, download, display, publish, or distribute my content. I am aware that media files featuring me may be used for commercial reasons on Afrivega.com, and by agreeing to these terms, I provide explicit consent to use my image. I warrant that I am of full age in my country of residence and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read and I am familiar with the contents of this document.
This release applies to any content depicting myself, submitted by Afrivega for an indefinite time period. If I wish to withdraw consent, I will contact afrivega7@gmail.com. 30% of all income earned from my account under AFRI VEGA LLC will be deducted for administration and website maintenance.
All content should be free of any activity that is illegal or violates the standards of our website. Any other person depicted in my content must consent in writing and be informed about and consent to the uploading and distribution of the content on the website. Any other person depicted in my content must be an adult, and I must verify the identity and age of all persons depicted. Identity documents must be provided upon request.
I acknowledge that this document may be shared with third parties as required by law or Afrivega policy.
