To ensure a safe environment for supporters, companies, and other users across our website, mobile application, and services – including talent – we have crafted these Community Guidelines. The terminology used in the Phrases of Service, such as capitalized terms like "User" and "Site," holds the same meaning here as elsewhere. These Guidelines are integral to both our Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Service, offering universally applicable rules that define what is and isn't permitted on Afri Vega. Acceptance of our Terms of Service includes adherence to these Guidelines.
Our Rules
By creating an account on our Site, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You agree not to create a Site account using a false identity or providing false information or if you have previously been removed or banned from our Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Site account information, including your username and password. You are
responsible for all activities that occur on or in connection with your Site account and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your Site account. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities related to any unauthorized access to or use of your Site account.
Identity & Age Requirements
In a nutshell, be true to yourself—it's that simple. If you're an Afri Vega user, ensure you're at least 18 years old (unless our Talent Terms of Service state otherwise) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you're under 18. Avoid providing false information during account creation—use your real name and genuine photographs. Creating deep fake accounts is not only a violation of our Terms of Service but is also considered inappropriate.
Say no to burner accounts. If you're under suspension or have been banned from Afri Vega, don't attempt to create a new account to circumvent our enforcement processes. Creating multiple accounts is discouraged unless there's a legitimate reason, such as managing both a business and personal account.

No Illegality (including Fraud)
We Prohibit any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates the Standards.
It’s important to understand that our rules aren’t the only ones that matter; many of our Guidelines are based on laws. Accordingly, you may not promote, encourage, or engage in any illegal conduct on, using, or directed at, Afri Vega. Do not submit requests or create content that violates any law, regulation, court order, or other legal process, including attempts at phishing, money laundering, theft, and fraud. We also prohibit the depiction, promotion, or trade of illegal drugs or other controlled substances on or through the Site. In reviewing potentially illegal conduct, Afri Vega may (in its sole discretion) take into account additional context and the severity of the conduct in question.
Sexualization of Minors
Sexualizing minors is strictly prohibited. Do not distribute, post, send, or solicit any sexually explicit content of minors, or any content that displays or promotes the physical abuse, neglect, endangerment, or psychological disparagement or harm of children. We WILL report to law enforcement any sexually explicit content involving minors.
Do Not Violate Intellectual Property or Other Rights
Put simply: don’t use what doesn’t belong to you.When you submit content to Afri vega, you are saying that you own that content or have the right to submit it (and we can use it). By using Afri vega, you agree not to violate, infringe, or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other legal rights of anyone else when you use the Site. I am aware that media files featuring me may be/will be used for commercial reasons by signing this document o provide my explicit consent to use my image on Afrivega.com.
I hereby warrant that i am full age in the country where i reside and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release and agreement prior to its execution, and i am fully familia with the contents of this document.
This release applies to any content depicting myself, submitted by Afrivega for an indefinite time period. If i wish to exercise my legal right to withdraw the consent, I will contact afrivega7@gmail.com
That all income earned from my account under AFRI VEGA LLC, 30% will be deducted for administration and maintenance of the website.
All content should be devoid of any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates the standards of our website.
That any other person depicted in your content under your account must consent in writing and also be informed and consent for
uploading and distribution of the content on the website.
That any other person depicted in your content under your account must be an adult and that you must verify the identity and age of all persons depicted, all identity documents of the persons depicted in the content must be provided upon request.
I knowledge that this document may be shared with third parties as required by law or Afrivega policy
